We'll advise on each one giving you an up-front idea of these details when the request is submitted. Each request is added to a queue in the order they are received.

You can submit anything you like! The subscription plans are designed to suit everyone and everything. That means you have the entire flexibility over the type of work you request.

For example, you may have lots of small updates to make to your existing website, or would just like to ask us for some design concepts for a new feature or an app. On the other hand, you may be looking for a new website feature, which can be done over a period of time. The benefit is that you know what you are paying every month.

While online software like Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or builder platforms like Webflow offer convenience, they come with limitations. They often impose design constraints and lack flexibility for customisation, hindering unique interfaces and functionality needs. Additionally, reliance on these platforms can lead to vendor lock-in, limited scalability, potential performance issues and not to mention, you have to also be the designer!

Agencies subscribe to their plans, with that they have access to a pre-defined library of components and software. This creates a lot of sites that all look very similar and function the same way as everyone else. Also, you are tied into one platform indefinitely, as it is difficult to take the code out and move to something else, usually resulting in a full re-design and re-development.

Yes, with all of our subscriptions, we really do have unlimited features! We do believe in a fair usage policy though to prevent us from not being able to deliver requests in a timely manner, but generally you can request revisions for whatever you like, as long as their timeframe is expected to complete within the current billing period.

Yes, absolutely! We'll work with most agencies and provide white label services and sign NDA's as part of our fixed quote or subscription plans.

Each request is given a fixed timeframe, but are usually completed within 7 days. Sometimes larger requests (like bigger feature developments) are given an estimated timeframe, which will typically be over a longer period of time.

You will always have one main point of contact, who will project manage all your needs. Sometimes we have a handful of designers and developers who all work remotely, which allows us to maintain a flow of deliverable work without causing any delays.

For submitting requests we accept email, our contact form or using our scheduled call feature on our website, alternatively, feel free to send us a calendar invite and schedule a meeting. Either way, we'll be tracking everything, to ensure your requests are being completed successfully.

We use Adobe XD or Figma to create quick prototypes and designs. They will also serve as a platform to complete any revisions. Once approved, the design commences into development.

In development, there are an array of back-end and front-end languages, tools, software, open-source platforms and frameworks used to achieve the end product. You do have a degree of preference, but generally we use static site generating back-end CMS systems and the latest front-end frameworks, e.g. Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for the interface. We'll always code in the most optimised, suitable way.

We focus our efforts on using open-source, scalable solutions such as our own hybrid approach (which involves no CMS), WordPress (database-driven CMS), Static Site Generators and Shopify (for large-scale e-commerce). It wholly depends on the type of content and website you are planning to have built as some platforms work better than others in different scenarios.

Subscribe and we'll have a brief introductory call to discuss your needs and ensure compatibility. If you'd like both design and development handled, we'll likely have a couple of additional calls to walk you through the process. If you would like to discuss the subscriptions before you commit to anything, a suitable option can be recommended to you. Don't worry, you have 7 days to change your mind as all the plans are on a 7-day free trial.

The subscriptions (and subsequently any other payments) are handled by third-party software. Subscription billing is on the 30th day of your renewal for the following month. Quoted service payment is collected via a secure payment link which will be emailed to you directly. To keep track and keep a record of your payments, you can view and download all invoices and receipts.

There is no contract to sign. However, it is recommended to have at least a 3-month commitment as then a strong rapport can be established with you, which will help to deliver outcomes that are on-point and satisfying. By signing up for any subscription or accepting any formal quote, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions throughout our time providing services to you.

You have the option to pause or cancel a subscription at any time. If you cancel a subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current 30-day period from its initial setup date. Throughout this cancellation period, any requests will be fulfilled based on your package features, but no new requests will be accepted in the queue. If cancellation occurs within the first 7 days (free trial) on any plan, our cancellation policy will be implemented whereby we'll retain all the work completed during the trial, and services will be terminated immediately.

Unfortunately, it's not an all-singing-all-dancing solution. Requests for 3D work, remodelling, animated graphics (GIFs), document and presentation designs, full branding projects, packaging or any type of print design (magazines, books, etc) are not services we provide. We might however, be able to make suitable recommendations.

That's entirely fine! We can either quote you for a fixed one-off cost, or if subscribed you can pause or cancel your subscription before the first month ends to ensure you are not charged for a second month. Feel free to contact us and let us know what type of request it is and we'll be able to advise the most cost-effective solution.

The yearly expense for a qualified web designer or developer greatly surpasses our most expensive subscription plan. Furthermore, there might be instances where you can't consistently provide them with sufficient tasks, leaving you to cover their downtime. You may wish to complete a big project over the course of a year and feel that a full time employee is no longer viable after completion.

By opting for a monthly subscription, you gain the flexibility to pause and restart it as required, ensuring you only compensate your designer or developer for the periods when there's work awaiting them. Also, you do not have to think about short-term or temporary employment contracts, cutting out the paperwork and saving you time to focus on the deliverables.
